Celebrating the HUMAN Resources
March 2022

The Human Resource Department of Alliance University organized multiple events in the month of March 2022 to build a stronger bond amongst the employees. The events and activities conducted aimed at keeping people from across the board engaged and motivated apart from the work routines.

The month was celebrated as Mindful March and had events such as International Employee Appreciation Day where every employee was given a personalized card of appreciation by their reporting managers. HRD also celebrated International Women’s Day in collaboration with the Department of Student Support Services.

To inculcate a positive work culture and to engage employees, Team HRD started a series of fun events by the name “GAME OF THRONES”. The event lets employees participate in exciting games and also win prizes.

Alliance University takes pride in the amazing diversity it has in its people. The festival of colors, ‘HOLI’ was celebrated at Alliance University’s city and central campuses.

To promote awareness on mental & physical wellbeing, Team HRD organized a session on MENTAL WELLNESS for the employees of Alliance University. The session was conducted by Dr. Uma Sreedhar, Professor, at Alliance School of Business.
