Prof. Banibrata Paul holds the position of Assistant Professor at Alliance College of Engineering and Design, within Alliance University. Currently, he is engaged in pursuing his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, focusing on the specialized area of "Heart Disease Prediction using various Soft Computing Techniques." His Ph.D. studies are being conducted at Birla Institute of Technology, Jharkhand.

Prof. Paul's educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Visva Bharati University. He furthered his academic pursuits by obtaining an M.Sc. in Mathematics from the same institution. Continuing his quest for knowledge, he completed a Master's in Computer Applications (M.C.A) and a Master's in Computer Science & Engineering (M.Tech) from West Bengal University of Technology.

Prof. Paul's expertise lies in various domains including Data Structures & Algorithms, Graph Theory, Discrete Mathematics, and Soft Computing techniques such as Fuzzy Sets, Fuzzy Logic, Artificial Neural Networks, and Genetic Algorithms. He also possesses substantial knowledge and proficiency in different areas of mathematical science including Classical Algebra, Linear Algebra, Abstract Algebra, Vector Algebra, Real Analysis, Differential Equations, Numerical Analysis, and Probability & Statistics.

His dedication to academia and his multidisciplinary expertise makes Prof. Banibrata Paul a respected figure in the field.
