SCOPE
The Alliance Doctoral Research and Innovation Symposium (ADRIS) aims to bring together doctoral students, researchers, and academicians from various disciplines to present their cutting-edge research, share innovative ideas, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration. The symposium provides a platform for doctoral scholars to showcase their work, receive feedback, and engage in intellectual discourse.

OBJECTIVES
- Showcase Doctoral Research: To provide a platform for doctoral students to present their research findings and innovative ideas to a diverse academic audience.
- Foster Interdisciplinary Collaboration: To encourage interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration among researchers from different academic fields.
- Promote Research Excellence: To highlight high-quality research and promote a culture of academic excellence within the Alliance University community.
- Provide Networking Opportunities: To facilitate networking among doctoral students, faculty, industry experts, and researchers.
- Enhance Academic and Professional Skills: To offer workshops and sessions that help doctoral students enhance their research, presentation, and professional skills.
Keynote Speaker

Dr. Alex Fenton is an Associate Professor of Digital Transformation and Associate Dean for International at the Faculty of Science, Business and Enterprise, University of Chester. With over 25 years of experience in digital development, he has held leadership roles in both academic and industry settings. Dr. Fenton's research focuses on digital marketing, transformation, and sports, particularly in the context of social media and fan engagement. He has collaborated with English Premier League football clubs and top rugby teams, securing funding for various projects, including the Nesta Healthier Lives Data Fund. A published author and co-founder of the world’s first Netnography conference, Dr. Fenton regularly collaborates on global research projects and has been a visiting professor in Brazil, China, and India, including at IIM Kozhikode.
Keynote Topic: AI in Education. Dr. Fenton will deliver a keynote on the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in education. Drawing from his extensive experience, he will explore how AI is reshaping the learning landscape, offering insights into its applications across various sectors. The session will delve into future trends, ethical considerations, and the potential of AI-driven tools to enhance teaching practices and learning outcomes. Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to navigate and embrace the opportunities presented by AI in the educational sphere.

Dr. Anchu Rachel Thomas is an accomplished Associate Professor in the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics at Manipal University College Malaysia. With a specialization in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, she holds both BDS and MDS degrees from Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research. Dr. Thomas has over 14 years of academic and clinical experience, complemented by a strong record in research, having published extensively in SCOPUS and PubMed-indexed journals. A recipient of multiple academic honors, including a gold medal and best paper awards, she is also actively involved in curriculum development, postgraduate mentoring, and interdisciplinary research collaborations. Her innovative work includes registered patents and ongoing clinical trials, highlighting her commitment to advancing dental science and education.
Keynote Topic: Synthesis and Characterization of Nanomaterials for Enhanced Clinical Applications. The talk will cover recent research advances, collaborative innovations, and the future scope of nanotechnology in enhancing patient outcomes.

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous review process. Acceptance decisions will be made based on criteria including quality, originality, technical content, and relevance to the conference’s theme |
Every paper submitted to ADRIS-2025 will undergo plagiarism detection using anti-plagiarism software prior to review. Papers found to violate the plagiarism policy (i.e., with a similarity score exceeding 10%) may be desk-rejected without further review |
