Dr. Tina Babu

Assistant Professor

Dr. Tina Babu currently holds the position of Assistant Professor within the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. She obtained her doctoral degree in Computer Science from Amrita Viswa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru. Her doctoral research was centered around the Automated Cancer Screening and Grading of Colon Histopathological Images.

She also possesses a Master's degree (M.Tech) in Computer Science with a specialization in Information Systems, as well as a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Information Technology, both earned from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. It's worth noting that she achieved the Third Rank in her M.Tech program and the Second Rank in her B.Tech program, demonstrating her outstanding academic performance within the university.

Dr. Babu's scholarly interests span a diverse range, including Machine Learning, Image Processing, Biomedical Image Processing, and Pattern Recognition. Her scholarly contributions are evident through numerous prestigious journal publications and conference papers, highlighting her dedication to advancing knowledge and research within her areas of expertise.
