Dr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey

Dr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey holds a Ph.D. in the field of "Crimes Against Humanity in International Law," which he earned from the Faculty of Law at Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He completed his LL.M and LL.B from the same university, specializing in Criminal Law. His LL.M dissertation focused on the topic "Stammer's Theory of Justice: A Critical Analysis." For his undergraduate studies, he pursued a B.Com degree from Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Before joining Alliance University, Dr. Pandey gained valuable experience and made significant contributions to various renowned universities, playing a vital role in the overall development of their law departments and institutions. Throughout his decade-long academic career, he has taught more than 35 law subjects at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His areas of expertise and interest include International Law, Criminal Law, Jurisprudence, and Property Law.
