His instructional experience encompasses a diverse range of subjects within Mechanical Engineering, including Power Plant Engineering, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy sources, Operations research, Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, and more, catering to both young adults and working professionals.

He earned his Doctorate of Philosophy from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, on “Biomass to Power” (2012), an MTech (Mechanical Engineering) from IIT Roorkee (2005), and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Kuvempu University in 1999.

In addition to his academic pursuits, he has actively contributed to the evolution of higher education institutions by spearheading the design and implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP), Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS), and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices. His efforts also extend into the digital realm, where he drives transformative change through the integration of ERP systems, fostering a digital ecosystem that enhances operational efficiency through cutting-edge technologies and innovative business models. He worked on the establishment and transformation of crucial processes within higher education. This includes shaping curricular design, redefining approaches to teaching and learning, catalyzing advancements in research and consultancy, promoting e-learning methodologies, and ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance.
