Alliance School of Business, Alliance University, organised a guest lecture on the theme “Salesforce (CRM): Leveraging Automation for Sales and Marketing Efficiency.” The session featured Mr Kiran Kumar Naik, Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Utilitarian Labs. MBA fourth-semester students specialising in Marketing and Human Resource Management attended the session, which focused on the application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in streamlining sales and marketing functions through automation.
