Dr. Aswathi Nair

Dr. Aswathi Nair is a human resource professional with a decade of blended experience in Corporate Human Resource and Academics.

As an industry professional, she was part of the global HR Strategy management team at MetLife India where she streamlined the organization’s recruitment and relocation strategies.  During her stint, she also conducted domestic and international training programs and published “Metamorphosis”, an inhouse online HR Magazine.

Her crossover to academics has been a meaningful engagement with inquisitive minds. Her areas of expertise and research include Diversity and Inclusion Studies; Discursive Psychology; Psychotherapies; and Future of Work.

She holds a PhD in Management; is a rank holder in Master of Tourism Administration; has completed PGDM in Human Resource Management; and an MSc in Applied Psychology. She has presented and published several research papers in International Journals and Conferences.
