Ms. Shromona Neogi

Assistant Professor

Alliance School of Business

Prof. Shromona is currently working in the field of Change Management, specifically focusing on Workplace Change, Hybrid Workplaces, Workplace Sustainability, and the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Hybrid Workspaces. Additionally, she is involved in researching AI-enabled Chatbots and their applications in various functionalities within organizations. She completed her post-graduation with a specialization in HRM from Jaipuria Institute of Management Studies. Furthermore, she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy on the topic of "Identifying Change Management Mechanism and its effectiveness in selected Information Technology organizations" from VIT-BS, Vellore Institute of Technology.
