Ms. Anjana S
Assistant Professor
Alliance School of Law
Ms. Anjana S is a dedicated academician with over four years of experience in teaching and research in English Literature. Her areas of specialization include Indian Knowledge Systems, Postcolonial Literature and Indian Literature. She has successfully taught a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, such as Indian and World Literatures, History of English Literature, and Contemporary Issues. Her pedagogical approach integrates holistic, research-driven methodologies aimed at fostering inclusive, outcome-based learning environments.
Previously, she served as Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Prof. Dhanapalan College of Science & Management, Chennai. In addition to her academic responsibilities, she held the role of Placement Officer, where she spearheaded numerous training programs and campus recruitment initiatives, effectively strengthening the link between academia and industry.
Ms. Anjana’s research interests lie in cultural and subaltern studies, with a particular focus on the reinterpretation of Indian epics. She has contributed extensively to the field through publications in UGC-CARE-listed and Web of Science-indexed journals, and has presented her work at several national and international conferences.
