Dr. Yamini Prakash Sahay
Associate Professor

Prof. Yamini holds a Ph.D. in Organization Behavior from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. She has a M.Phil. Degree in Planning & Development from IIT, Bombay. She holds a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Allahabad, Prayagraj.
She has served premier management institutes of India as faculty on full-time positions like IIM Lucknow, IIM Rohtak, IMT Ghaziabad, Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, and International Management Institute.
Her research and teaching explore the leader-member relationship, organization structure and design, perceived innovation, creativity, occupational stress, personality, job involvement and perceived organizational support. She is currently working on the impact of perceived organizational support, leader-member relationship, job satisfaction and job involvement on perceived innovation in the aluminium and steel industry.
