Ready to bring your world to life through animation? Our four-year animation programme is designed to nurture the next generation of filmmakers, creators, and designers. The curriculum is meticulously crafted to equip students with cutting-edge technology and emerging theories, fostering a strong foundation in animation principles. Emphasising both traditional and digital media, the programme prepares students to thrive in the evolving animation industry.

Students explore key aspects of animation film design, including character drawing, scriptwriting, 2D and 3D animation, and pre- and post-production processes. They also gain the skills to create, direct, and produce independent and collaborative animated films, using cutting-edge techniques while staying rooted in the Indian context.

Our transdisciplinary approach broadens students' perspectives, encouraging creative problem-solving by exploring the intersections of various fields. Following payment of the application fee, candidates are assessed through the Alliance Design Aptitude Test (ADAT), a portfolio review, and a personal interview, which collectively evaluate design aptitude, creativity, and potential.
