Prof. Shreshth Bhatnagar

Prof. Shreshth Bhatnagar holds a B. Com degree from a state university Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner, subsequently he obtained Bachelor of Laws from Government Law College, Bikaner. He completed Master’s Degree in specialization with Constitutional and Administrative Law from Uttranchal University, Dehradun. At present he is a Registered Ph.D Scholar for Doctorate degree. His topic of research is Child Labour and Child Rights, He also has Completed a “Certificate Course on Enforcement of Fundamental Rights“ of Constitutional Law organized by The Law Learners (Recognized by GNLU & Government of Gujrat). He is one of the members of reviewer committee in International Journal of Financial Market and Capital Finance of BOHR Publishers. Prof. Bhatnagar is also a Member of Editorial Board in Journal of Trading, Economic and Business in Enliven Archive Publishers. He has attended near about 35 various Conferences, Seminars, Webinars, Workshops and FDP’s. He has worked as an Assistant Professor in Law Department at RNB Global University, Bikaner, where he was one of the members of Board of Studies.  He was convener of a Training programme of Rights of Women sponsored by National Human Right Commission, New Delhi and Organizing Secretary in 2nd National Level Moot Court Competition. He also chaired 1st National Moot Court Competition as Judge of Preliminary rounds organized by Ansal University, Gurugram and The Law Learners.
