Ms. Stuti Das

Ms. Stuti Das is a dedicated academician specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, with over a decade of experience in teaching and institutional responsibilities across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at SAMET School of Management (affiliated to BPUT) since January 2022, where she teaches MBA students and is actively involved in course coordination, examinations, and institutional development.

Previously, she worked as a Lecturer at HVET, posted at BJB Autonomous College, Bhubaneswar (2018–2021), where she handled a wide range of HR and management subjects for IMBA students and managed departmental responsibilities such as affiliation and admission documentation.

Ms. Das also held academic positions at C.V. Raman College of Engineering (2015–2016), Mahendra Institute of Management & Technical Studies (2011–2015), and Eklavya College of Technology & Sciences (2010–2011), where she taught core subjects including Organizational Behavior, HRM, Performance Management, and Compensation Management, among others. She has taken on additional roles such as timetable coordination, academic register maintenance, examination duties, and seminar committee participation.

Academically, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and HRM from SOA (Deemed to be University), Odisha. She holds an MA in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial Psychology (Distinction), a PGDM in HR and Marketing, and a B.Sc. in Zoology. Her research interests center on career development and human resources, and she is known for her strengths in classroom management, student engagement, and holistic academic support.
