Ms. Stuti Das is an accomplished academician and researcher specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, with over 14 years of teaching and academic administration experience across reputed institutions. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in OB & HRM from SOA (Deemed to be University), Odisha. She holds an M.A. in Psychology (Industrial Psychology specialization) with distinction and a PGDM in HR & Marketing.
Her teaching expertise spans postgraduate and undergraduate levels, covering courses such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Organizational Change & Development, and Compensation Management. She has demonstrated strong leadership in curriculum design, course coordination, examination management, and institutional development initiatives.
