Ms. Snehal Moghe

Ms. Snehal Moghe is a dynamic academician and researcher with over a decade of experience at the intersection of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and educational technology. She brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to drive innovation in teaching, learning, and institutional effectiveness. Her work focuses on leveraging data to enhance curriculum delivery, predict student performance, and enable evidence-based academic decision-making.

She has successfully designed and implemented data-informed learning strategies and supervised numerous AI-based academic projects. With a strong grounding in agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration, she is adept at transforming complex data into actionable insights that improve learning outcomes and institutional planning.

She has previously held leadership roles such as Chief Coordinator – AI & Big Data at Poornima College of Engineering and served as a Research Consultant at Moghe Education Consultancy, where she advised educational startups on the adoption of AI-driven tools and scalable learning analytics frameworks. Her early experience as a Data Analyst with iKen Solutions (an IIT Bombay startup) and as an Academic Associate at IIM Indore contributed to her foundational expertise in adaptive learning models and behavioral analytics in education.

Ms. Moghe has contributed extensively to academic research, with publications spanning machine learning for medical diagnosis, AI in educational games, conversational AI, and the integration of AI in school curricula. She is also an active reviewer for over 50 research papers through IEEE and Microsoft CMT and has participated in prestigious programs such as the SERB Karyashala Workshop at IIT Indore and a Deep Learning course at IIT Guwahati.

She holds an M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) and a B.E. in Information Technology from RGPV. Additionally, she is certified in Agile Scrum Practices and Project Management and is a former member of ACM and an active member of IEEE.

Her strategic areas of interest include student performance prediction, AI-driven personalization, learning ecosystem development, and gamification in education. Passionate about student mentorship and community learning, she also enjoys cooking, yoga, and exploring AI for human development.
