Nikhil Erinjingat completed LLM in Human Rights from Jindal Global Law School, O P Jindal Global University, Sonipat (2023-24) securing third rank. He did B.A., LL. B from Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore (affiliated to Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi) during 2017-22 and secured university first rank. He also qualified UGC-NET examination in December 2023.
His areas of interest lie in public law, constitutional law and human rights. He has published research articles in peer reviewed journals, written opinion pieces for the Deccan Herald, and short-articles in reputed fora such as the Oxford Political Review and The Jurist (from University of Pittsburgh, USA). His engagement with academia also extends to presenting papers at national level conferences, in the area of constitutional law, electoral democracy, and environmental law.
