Ashwani Kumar is a dedicated academic and research scholar specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB). His career objective revolves around bridging the gap between theory and practice through innovative, interdisciplinary research, high-quality teaching, and mentoring. With a strong commitment to academic excellence, he aims to contribute meaningfully to both professional and personal development by leveraging his skills in research and pedagogy.

Ashwani's primary research interests lie in contemporary themes such as remote and hybrid working models, subjective well-being, leadership, and personality. His research endeavors reflect a deep understanding of evolving workplace dynamics and employee experience in modern organizational settings.

He has co-authored a significant paper titled "Bibliometric Analysis of Remote Working: A 20-Year Literature Review," which has been accepted for publication in Human Resource Development Review—a journal ranked as ABDC-B and ABS 2.

Ashwani’s teaching interests span across various domains within HRM and OB, including Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Development, Performance Management, and emerging topics such as New Forms of Work.

He has actively contributed to both national and international academic forums. Internationally, his work has been selected and presented at prestigious conferences such as the 39th EGOS Colloquium (University of Cagliari, Italy), the EURAM Conference 2024 (University of Bath, UK), the 84th Academy of Management Conference 2024 (Chicago, USA), and the 38th British Academy of Management Conference 2024 (Nottingham Trent University, UK). His participation also includes the AOM OB Division’s Early-Stage Researcher Incubator in November 2023.

On the national front, he presented his research at the 9th INDAM Conference 2024 hosted by the Goa Institute of Management, further showcasing his scholarly engagement and contribution to the Indian academic community.

Ashwani Kumar is steadily building a scholarly identity rooted in rigorous research, engaged teaching, and academic collaboration, with a clear focus on contemporary work practices and human behavior in evolving organizational contexts.
