Dr. Taranath N. L. earned his Doctoral degree in Computer Science from Visveswaraya Technological University, Belagavi. His Ph.D. dissertation focused on developing an intelligent support system to assist medical professionals who are working at remote places in prescription of medicines. He obtained a Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from University of Mysuru, Karnataka State. Dr. Taranath has over a decade and half experience in the field of academics and research.
Dr. Taranath primarily works on research areas such as Data Mining, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. His work has been published in reputed journals such as Elsevier and Springer. He has several publications in IEEE conferences. He received a research grant from Visveswaraya Technological University and served as a Principal Investigator for the research project titled “Medical Decision Support System using Machine Learning”.
Dr. Taranath teaches courses such as of System Software, Machine Learning, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Data Structures, Software Architectures.
