Dr. Sandhya D S is a motivated educator and researcher in the field of Human Resource Management. She holds a PhD in Management from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), supported by the prestigious ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship. she received a Certificate of Excellence for demonstrating exceptional dedication and expertise in guiding students in research writing, significantly contributing to their academic development during the 2023–24 academic year of her PhD programme. She has hands-on experience in SPSS, NVivo, PROCESS Macro, and PLS-SEM software tools. She has contributed to the teaching of the Business Research Methods curriculum, mentoring students in presenting their research at academic forums. Her teaching approach emphasizes critical inquiry, practical application, and a strong foundation in research-driven learning.
