Dr. P. Chandrika Reddy

Associate Professor

Alliance School of Business

Dr. P. Chandrika Reddy is a senior academician with over twenty years of experience in higher education. She specializes in Human Resource Management, Organisational Culture, and Institutional development, with a strong focus on student growth and academic quality. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University, an MBA from VIT, Vellore, an M.Phil from Vinayaka Mission University, and a Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, New Delhi.

She has served in academic leadership roles such as Associate Professor and Head of the MBA Department, contributing to curriculum design, accreditation processes, faculty mentoring, and industry-linked student development initiatives. Her teaching and research interests include organizational culture, talent management, leadership, HR analytics, innovation, and sustainability.

Dr. Chandrika has published 40+ research papers, contributed to two educational patents, and authored books and chapters with reputed publishers. She is recognized as an Innovation Ambassador by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, and actively supports innovation and entrepreneurship in academic institutions. She enjoys mentoring students and faculty and remains committed to meaningful research, collaborative learning, and institution building.
