Dr. Lalrinpuia Tlau

Dr. Lalrinpuia Tlau earned his Doctorate in Mathematics from the National Institute of Technology, Mizoram. He earned his Master’s degree in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Prior to joining Alliance University, he has worked at Mizoram University and National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) Aizawl teaching Engineering Mathematics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.?

Dr. Tlau has an effervescent approach to research. His research interests lie in the area of fluid dynamics, leading to his doctoral thesis work focusing on the flow of nanofluid in microchannels. He has applied the ‘Homotopy Analysis Method’ to solve various problems regarding nanofluid flows. His commitment to stellar work ethics has resulted in research publications in internationally revered peer-review journals. His contribution to the advancement of knowledge has resulted in him being a reviewer for international journals around the world.
