Dr. Indrajit Goswami, is an MSW (HR) from Visva Bharati Central University, Sriniketan; an MBA from IISWBM, Kolkata, and has obtained his PhD in Social Work Code of Ethics from JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur. He has obtained 30+ certificates from Michigan University, Yale University, North Western University, Copenhagen Business School, University of Virginia, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign etc. Dr. Goswami is also an ICCC certified Career Coach. He facilitates students’ learning in the areas of Human Resource management, Organizational Behavior, Research Methodology, CSR & Corporate Ethics, Sustainable Development, Business Communication, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship etc. He guides and mentors post-graduate students, PhD & DBA scholars.
