Dr. Devpriya Dey

Dr. Devpriya Dey, an alumnus of IIM-Kozhikode and Alliance University. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathidasan University. His research thesis was on ‘study on the inclusion of persons with disabilities at workplace: with reference to organizational performance and employer branding’.

Dr. Dey teaches human resource management, organizational behavior, compensation and benefits, training and development and labour laws. He has been in academia from the last decade leading talent transformation programs for students, corporate social responsibility events and student engagement practices. Prior to this, he was involved for many years managing HR Business Partner role specializing in the area of learning & development, employee engagement, attrition management, talent acquisition, and performance management with leading organizations.

Dr. Dey has presented research papers at IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode and MDI Murshidabad. He has authored several HR Management textbooks and has published many research papers in Scopus and Web of Science, UGC Care journals. His area of research is into diversity and inclusion at workplace, specifically in inclusion of persons with disabilities at workplace.
