Dr. Akhil M. P.

Assistant Professor

Alliance School of Business

Dr. Akhil M. P. holds a Ph.D. from University of Kerala. His thesis work is focused on understanding the challenges and potential of newly introduced Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime in the economy. He holds an M.Com. degree (with specialization in Finance). He also comes with industry experience in Central School education sector.

Dr. Akhil has presented papers in various National and International events / forums / conferences. He has also published research papers / articles / book chapters in journals and books of repute in diverse areas of business studies and management. His current research interest includes working in areas related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), Green Finance & Climate Finance, Circular Economy, Metaverse, Taxation etc.
