Er, Nagesh Puttaswamy is a Practicing Civil Engineer and Concrete Technologists with forty plus years of construction of buildings, Roads across the country. He is involved in much industry related research with academic institutions. He has been a trainer and mentor for over 25 years for the stake holders of Industry. He has assisted many dissertations work for master’s degree students and PhD scholars in the field of concrete and concrete construction. He is passionate about mentoring students to their career paths. He has twenty-one years of consultancy and sixteen years of corporate experience with M/s UltraTech Cement Limited in various positions.

He has worked with several prestigious projects as on field trainer for the stake holders including government engineers, construction and construction labours in quality construction, management of work and solving special problems in work. He is one of key members of the team that promoted and implemented white topping of roads in this country. He carries the experience of building roads in critical area of borders with Border Road Organisation in Jammu & Kashmir, Sikkim, Assam in extreme weather conditions. He has worked with roads of Ayodhya.

He is a popular trainer in construction companies for field applications of concrete construction and specialised workshops for academic institutions with ability to train three languages.
