Cdr Amogh Warhadpande (Retd) is a military veteran with 25+ years of proven expertise in leading cross-functional strategic and operations teams in the Armed Forces. In the corporate sector, he has worked with aviation engineering and service providing industries.  He has executed projects in diverse geographic locations and cultures and has led teams involved in contract conceptualisation, negotiation and implementation for large scale infrastructure and asset integration projects. He has also delivered projects related to Human Resource Development, Workforce Transformation, Organisational Development, Change Management and L&D. He is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Naval Engineering College, IIT Madras and Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. He has been accepted into the ‘Road to Leadership Program’ conducted by KPMG and Harvard Business Publishing and the ‘INSEAD Leadership Programme for Senior Executives’. He is presently pursuing his PhD at Alliance University in Human Resources. He has been an active contributor towards human interest articles in the publication 100 Knots, in the ‘Indian Aviation Ecosystem’ domain.
