Environmental responsibility begins with small actions that create shared awareness. On World Environment Day, the NSS Cell of Alliance University carried this spirit to Bannerghatta National Park through a plantation and cleanliness drive focused on care, participation, and collective responsibility.
The initiative brought students together to contribute directly to environmental conservation. Through the plantation of saplings and the removal of waste from the area, participants engaged in meaningful action that reflected the importance of protecting natural spaces and maintaining cleaner surroundings.
The drive encouraged students to view environmental care not as a one-time activity, but as an ongoing responsibility. It also created an opportunity for them to understand the value of community participation in addressing everyday environmental concerns.
The initiative reflected Alliance University's continued commitment to social responsibility, sustainability, and experiential learning. By engaging students in practical environmental action, the NSS Cell reinforced the need for consistent efforts towards a cleaner and greener future.
