Alliance University successfully conducted a two-day Managerial Effectiveness Workshop for a reputed aerospace organisation. The programme was organised by the Management Development Programme (MDP) and Corporate Training Department of the University on 24 and 25 October 2025.

Focus on Leadership and Team Dynamics

The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Uma Sreedhar and Dr. Jaya Ganesan, who led participants through a series of sessions designed to enhance leadership effectiveness and strengthen collaborative team dynamics. The sessions focused on developing self-awareness, fostering trust, and building accountability—key elements in managing teams within an innovation-driven industry.

Participants explored practical aspects of communication, influence, and recognition, gaining insights into how these competencies contribute to the development of motivated and high-performing teams.
