The MARKETIRX Club at Alliance University organised Hidden Star, an initiative aimed at addressing the gap between product quality and market visibility. The event created an opportunity for students to engage with real-world business challenges while contributing to local enterprises.
As part of the initiative, students identified and worked with local vendors in Bengaluru who face constraints such as limited resources, manpower challenges, and restricted access to structured marketing strategies. Through this engagement, students applied principles of business and marketing to improve brand positioning and enhance visibility in a competitive environment.
IFour teams participated in the initiative, demonstrating analytical thinking and practical execution in their approach to problem-solving. Their work reflected an understanding of market dynamics as well as the ability to translate concepts into actionable strategies.
The winners from the B.Tech department were Rohan, Meghna M, and Shreya Reddy S.
Hidden Star highlighted the value of applied learning and the role of thoughtful intervention in creating measurable outcomes. The initiative provided students with practical exposure while contributing to the growth and visibility of local businesses.
