Academic pressure and career uncertainty are often constant aspects of student life. Recognising the need for structured guidance, the Happiness Club at Alliance University conducted an interactive session titled “Future Ready Minds: Managing Academic Load & Career Anxiety.” The session was designed to support students in navigating exam stress, academic demands, and concerns related to career planning.
The focus of the session was on building clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. Students were encouraged to reflect on their current challenges and explore practical ways to manage academic responsibilities while preparing for future career pathways. The session aimed to create a balanced approach to performance and wellbeing.
The University was pleased to host Dr. Aparna Pavani Siddhabattula, Associate Professor and Career & Life Coach, as the resource person for the session. She engaged students through practical and relatable strategies that were easy to understand and apply. Her insights helped students examine sources of stress, address career-related confusion, and develop a mindset grounded in self-awareness and steady progress.
The session witnessed active participation and thoughtful discussions. Students shared experiences, raised questions, and reflected on the tools introduced during the interaction. Many participants left with simple and actionable methods that they can incorporate into their academic routines and personal decision-making processes.
Through initiatives such as this, Alliance University continues to prioritise student wellbeing and holistic development. The session reinforced the importance of emotional resilience and structured support as students prepare for both academic responsibilities and future careers.
