Alliance University Signs MoU with Universidad María Auxiliadora to Strengthen International Academic Collaboration

Alliance University has signed a General Agreement for academic collaboration with Universidad María Auxiliadora (UMA), Lima, Peru, further expanding its international academic partnerships and global engagement initiatives.
The agreement focuses on promoting cooperation in education, research, and academic outreach through a range of collaborative activities between the two institutions. The partnership aims to create opportunities for students, faculty members, and researchers to participate in international academic experiences and interdisciplinary engagement.
Under the agreement, both institutions will work together on initiatives such as semester exchange programmes for undergraduate and graduate students, exchange of academic personnel, collaborative research and development activities, and joint academic programmes. The collaboration also includes plans for conferences, symposia, summer schools, cultural exchange programmes, internships, and dual or joint degree opportunities.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening international cooperation and encouraging cross-cultural understanding through education and research. It also supports collaborative innovation by enabling the exchange of academic resources, research materials, and expertise across institutions.
The agreement outlines provisions related to research collaboration, intellectual property, publication ethics, cultural and language support, and institutional coordination to ensure the effective implementation of future academic initiatives. Both universities will also work towards developing specific collaborative programmes and research activities aligned with mutual academic interests.
The MoU reflects Alliance University's continued focus on creating global learning opportunities and strengthening international academic networks that support research, mobility, and knowledge exchange.
