Alliance University celebrated Makar Sankranti with active participation from students and staff, marking the festival through a range of cultural and creative activities. The celebration included rangoli and kite-making competitions that encouraged artistic expression and teamwork, along with cultural performances that reflected regional traditions. A Pongal-making activity was also organised, allowing participants to engage with the festive customs associated with the harvest season.
