Alliance University proudly hosted the AIU Centenary Lecture Series to mark one hundred years of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The event brought together thought leaders from education, the arts, journalism, and science, creating a space for dialogue on the future of education and the impact of emerging technologies.
The University had the privilege of welcoming Dr. Alok Kumar Mishra, Joint Secretary of AIU, as the Guest of Honour. His presence and reflections set the tone for an engaging day of exchange and exploration.

The first session, titled Reimagining the Future of Education, featured Dr. B.V. Rajaram, Member of the Sangeeta Nataka Akademi, New Delhi, and Ms. Amrita Shah, journalist and author.

The second session, Quantum Computing: The Future, was led by Dr. Apoorva D Patel, Professor at the Indian Institute of Science, and Mr. Bijoy M. B., Joint Director at CDAC, Bengaluru.
This session explored the possibilities that quantum computing presents for research, industry, and society. The speakers discussed the potential of the technology to transform innovation while also reshaping the ways in which knowledge is created, shared, and applied.
