Rohit is a Human Resources leader at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS), one of the Global Information Technology and Consulting Organization. With over a decade of experience in the field of Human Resources, Rohit is currently part of the North America Human Resources team based out of Chicago, Illinois. Rohit leads a specialized function called ‘HR Business Consulting’ within the Human Resources group of TCS.
He manages a group of Consultants who support the business growth and development for TCS in the geography and specializes in creating a win-win HR solution for TCS customers while they embark their journey towards digital transformation and change management.
Rohit is a Post-Graduate in Human Resource Management from Alliance Business School, Bangalore, an institution very close to his heart. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
Rohit addressed the freshmen in the MBA program of 2020-22 on ‘Making the best of two years in the MBA program’. His session was very engaging, discussing a wide array of topics right from choice of specialization to campus life and placements.
Although, Rohit is based out of the US currently but has always taken out time to connect with his Alma Mater and has been a source of inspiration to the junior students who do look up to him as a senior alumnus of Alliance.
