December 2020, the month to wrap up the year had exciting news coming in for placements. Companies such as Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd., Bisleri International, Fluidyn Consultancy, IBM, Matrimony.com, Sonata Software, Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro Technologies, XL Dynamics, Yes Bank, Zycus Infotech, joined the campus recruitment process in the month of December.

Counselling and Placement Guidance

The Office of Career Advancement & Networking conducted a counselling and placement guidance workshop for final year students in different programs of Alliance University.

Senior members from the CAN Office conducted these sessions that saw participation from many students. The sessions revolved around a multitude of doubts, suggestions, and discussions on how students could make the best of the placement cycle of 2021.

CAN Office also invited senior professionals from the industry to talk to students on various aspects of corporate readiness.

The month of December also had a small lineup of senior industry professionals speaking to students on various topics.

Mr. Amith Prakash, Lead - Organization Culture and Capability Development: Diversity, Engagement & Experience COE with HCL Technologies addressed students on Management Studies and Career Planning in the Current Times.

Mr. Vishwanadh Raju

Mr. Vishwanadh Raju, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at AXISCADES Engineering Technologies Limited addressed the Alliance University students on Placement & Industry Readiness.

Mr. Sreejith V

Mr. Sreejith V, who is a technology specialist as a Delivery Manager & Agile Coach at one of India’s largest IT companies addresses students at Alliance University on how they should face online interviews and best make use of the time that students spend in an interview.
