Alliance HR Conclave 2026, Potential to performance: build Future-ready talent















Alliance University organised the Alliance HR Conclave 2026 at Hotel Conrad, Bengaluru, bringing together industry leaders, academicians, professionals, and students to discuss the theme, Potential to Performance: Building Future-Ready Talent. The event created a platform for meaningful dialogue on changing workforce expectations, talent development, and stronger collaboration between academia and industry. The conclave reflected the University’s continued efforts to support industry-aligned learning and prepare students for evolving professional environments.
The programme began with a welcome address by Dr. Ray Titus, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Incubation & Innovation) and Dean, Alliance School of Business. He spoke about the importance of building practical capabilities among students and strengthening engagement with industry partners. The inaugural address was delivered by Mr. Abhay G. Chebbi, Pro Chancellor, Alliance University, who highlighted the role of educational institutions in preparing graduates to adapt to changing business needs and workplace realities.
The keynote address was delivered by Mr. Srinivas Raju, Chief Executive Officer, Pi Square Technologies. He shared insights on the growing influence of technology and data in organisations and emphasised the need for continuous learning, adaptability, and skill development. The session was followed by a networking break that provided participants with an opportunity to interact and exchange perspectives.
The first panel discussion focused on talent disruption and strategic workforce planning. The session featured Mr. Gangadhar Salimath, Director – Talent Acquisition, Palo Alto Networks; Mr. Roydon Gonsalvez, Senior Vice President HR and Head of Talent Management & Development for APAC, Northern Trust; Ms. Priti Nagi, Director – HR, Eurofins; Ms. Pallavi Bhat, Chief of Staff, Bosch Global Software Technologies; and Mr. Paramveer Singh Narang, India Head of Talent Acquisition, Capital One. The discussion was moderated by Mr. Harikrishnan Ramakrishnan, Founder and CEO, WeAssist, and President, Alliance Alumni Association. The panel discussed changing skill requirements, the need for structured workforce planning, and the importance of aligning talent strategies with business priorities.
The second panel discussion focused on co-creating future-ready talent pipelines. The speakers included Mr. Augustus Azariah, Regional Director, Kyndryl India; Mr. Ashwin Singh, Director – Talent Acquisition and People Operations, Suki; Mr. Naveen Muddu Krishna, Director of Product Engineering, Sandisk; Mr. Koushik Das, Vice President, State Street; and Mr. Saumar Choudhury, Strategic HR and Transformation Leader, ExxonMobil. The session was moderated by Dr. Pratima Verma, Professor and Area Chair – HRM, Alliance School of Business. The panel discussed ways in which industry and academic institutions can work together to design relevant learning pathways, support early talent development, and strengthen long-term employability.
The event concluded with closing remarks by Dr. Basaralu Sudharshan, Chief Industry Officer, Alliance University, who summarised the key insights and emphasised the importance of continued industry engagement. A vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Surekha Shetty, Registrar General, Alliance University, acknowledging the contributions of the speakers, partners, and participants.
The Alliance HR Conclave 2026 provided an opportunity for knowledge sharing, professional interaction, and discussion on practical approaches to building a future-ready workforce. The networking lunch that followed allowed participants to continue conversations and build connections. Through such initiatives, Alliance University continues to strengthen its engagement with industry and support the development of skilled and adaptable professionals.
