Conference Overview

International Conference on "Business, Innovation and Sustainability in Digital Era" aims at capturing the role of changing business, innovations, and sustainability in the current dynamic business environment. The Conference seeks to deliberate upon the emerging theories, concepts and models in general, practical challenges are encountered and innovative solutions adopted with respect to different functional areas under management in the digital era. Today business organizations are required to adapt themselves to cutting-edge technology to ensure their sustainability. They are required to harness their resources and redefine obsolete models to implement new technologies in the business processes such as customer-focused applications, business-critical production and logistics management or financial solutions, among others. Businesses in all sectors are facing a situation where technology is changing the landscape around them, transitioning from the back room of an organization into the hands of customers, employees, and society.

In this backdrop, Alliance Ascent College is conducting a two-day International Conference on 'Business, Innovation and Sustainability in Digital Era'. The conference endeavors to create a forum for academicians, researchers, industry leaders to share their ideas and research findings and address contemporary issues and challenges in business and industry. Additionally, it attempts to propagate a research centric culture in various domains of management as well as interdisciplinary and allied fields both in Indian and Global context.

Objective of the Conference

The broad objective is to provide a forum to share information and experiences between researchers, academicians, industry experts, consultants, and authorities in the field of business, innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability.

The Objective of knowledge sharing shall be achieved through:

  • To examine the rapid technological change and evaluate the strategies and tools that support Global Digital Transformation.
  • To encourage and enhance research on Innovations in Business that ensure sustainability in Digital Era.
  • To promote discussion that stimulates the exchange of ideas and innovative thinking among researchers, development practitioners and policymakers.
  • To provide an opportunity and platform for researchers and organizations to share knowledge and discussion.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Prospective authors are invited to submit original manuscripts, unpublished research work related to the conference theme and subthemes. It is required that the manuscript follows the guidelines of submission.

All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical strength, scientific contribution, relevance to the conference theme, and readability. Acceptance notification of papers will be communicated to authors by email. The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions and comments of the reviewers and submit final papers within the final submission deadline. PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Extended Abstracts/ Research Proposals / Full Papers are invited for Conference Presentation from research scholars, academicians, and industry/corporate experts both Indian and foreign nationals.
  • The participation can be either virtual or offline.
  • The paper should carry the name, contact number and affiliation of the sender/researcher after the mention of the title.
  • The abstracts between 500 - 1000 words should be submitted on or before the deadline.
  • Full-length paper should not be more than 4000 words which excludes references, tables, and figures. All submissions of abstracts and full-length papers should be made through Easy chair link only.
  • The font style of the text should be Times New Roman with size 12 for the body of the text and size 10 for the footnotes. The font size for the main headings should be 14, and 12 for subheadings.
  • Margins: top, bottom, left, right = 2.54cm.
  • All the headings should be in bold capital letters
  • Line spacing for the body shall be 1.5, and 1.0 for footnotes.
  • Papers must be submitted in MS Word/PDF format only and references should be in APA format 8th edition.
  • Authors are encouraged to submit good quality research papers.
  • The paper/extended abstract must be original and unpublished work, not been submitted for publication elsewhere.
  • On acceptance, all the authors must register. Registration payment is made for per paper.( Co-authors need not register separately )
  • All Submissions would undergo a rigorous research- based scrutiny by academicians or specialist in the related areas and under the supervision of Editor-in-Chief.

PUBLICATIONS

  • All the accepted papers abstracts will be published as Conference Proceedings with an ISBN number.
  • All the paper presented or accepted shall be given an opportunity to publish their paper in a Journal with ISSN and DOI number.
  • Top-rated peer-reviewed selected papers will be published/refereed to reputed journals that are Scopus Indexed or under UGC Care with additional payment as per the journal policy.
  • The Best 3 papers will receive cash awards of 15000 INR, 10000 INR and 5000 INR, respectively.
  • E-Certificates will be provided to all the participants.
  • Awarded papers will be referred to IIM-R journal https://www.emeraldgrouppublishing.com/journal/irjms for publication (subject to their peer review approval).

The maximum page limit is six. However, the over-length manuscript may also be considered but up to a maximum of 8 pages manuscript only. In case of acceptance, the authors must pay over-length page additional charges (for two pages). There will be an over-length page fee of Rs. 2,000/page for Indian participants and $125 per page for the foreign participant. This payment is required at the time of registration.

All references must follow the IEEE format of referencing.

New authors can not be added or removed at any stage once the paper is submitted.
