Testimonials
Jadyn Almeida, YLA Student
My experience here in Alliance has been very interesting. I found it helpful to listen to what the professors had to say during our lectures. And I got a taste of what university life is like. So that was one of the major takeaways for me. And I loved interacting with everyone, the faculty members, the professors, and even the YLA participants. Another thing that we did was when we visited the Britannia factory, the production house, and it was eye opening. I've never been to an actual manufacturing center before, so walking along the factory floor and looking at the workers, looking at them, packaging the individual, you know, biscuits and selecting the right amount, it was wonderful.
Riddhima Ramola, YLA Student
It was a very interesting few days here in the campus. And, you know, usually you'd think 10 days is too little to learn something and 10 days is too. What are you going to do in 10 days even? But then later I found out, oh, there's a lot of things you can do in this kind of 10 days with them, with the schedule so jam packed that you don't even get time to rest almost. But it was worth it. It was definitely very worth it.
Adhya, YLA Student
The whole YLA program, when we first came in, we were completely anxious and didn't know what to do. But then we started playing icebreaker sessions. We got to know each other on a deeper level because we started to stay here. So, staying here means we see each other through all the thick and thin and we experienced through all the classes together and we went through all the programs together and we watched horror movies together. So, the whole journey is different from when you're in school with your friends, you see them for a specific hour from a specific time. But here we saw each other till the night, and we became family, to be honest. Art versus sciences was my favorite class by Doctor Anirudh. It was so deep. He went and like almost touched your soul. Those classes are about the colors, about everything insignificant. He portrayed it out in a painting and how much every single detail matters and that was the best.
Rizia Jena, YLA Student
Part that I very love about the program was all the sessions that I've attended and the friends that I've made here, fitness programs and all the leadership, the emotion management, and the branding. So, this program made me more indulged in psychology about how human beings think and work.
Achal Kiran Joshi, YLA Student
I made a lot of friends and I bonded with them very well. We all were very close, and we used to hang out in a room for a lot of time and speaking about our sessions, we had a lot of sessions, especially the favorite ones where Uma ma’am’s sessions which is on team building and leadership and the one on arts and science art systems.
