Driven by Our Vision
The Centre envisions itself as a leading interdisciplinary hub advancing critical and post/decolonial cultural research that interrogates power, identity, and cultural transformation in India and across the Global South. It seeks to position cultural studies as a transformative field that bridges scholarship, policy, and public discourse while contributing meaningfully to global debates and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By fostering a future-oriented research ecosystem integrating the humanities, social sciences, and digital methodologies, the Centre aims to reimagine culture as a dynamic site of knowledge production, resistance, and sustainability.
