Alliance University Wins Big at the ABP News Presents National Education Awards 2018 in its 9th Edition
Alliance University and its leadership gets recognised at the National Education Awards by ABP News. The ABP NEWS National Education Awards 2018 was held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on July 5, 2018. The award recognizes Institutions and academic leaders in the field of education that are innovative, modern and industry related in their curriculum in diverse disciplines.
In its 9th edition of the ABP News National Educational Awards, Alliance University was named the Best University in Building Industry Academia Interface and Dr. Anubha Singh, Pro Vice-Chancellor of Alliance University received the Visionary Leadership Award.
This is second time in the year that Alliance University has been recognized for its innovative and unique way of approaching the corporate. The model built by Alliance University on industry-cohort driven corporate engagement has been spoken about at length in many campuses. Earlier in 2018 ASSOCHAM had also awarded Alliance as the ‘Best University for Promoting Industry - Academia Interface’. The awards are a testimony of the work that Alliance University is doing with the industry. The strategic work done for industry-academia interface is mutually beneficial to both the corporate and the graduates of Alliance University.
Dr. Anubha Singh is an accomplished professional and an expert academician. Her contribution to Alliance University goes beyond being an academic and an administrator as an innovator. Dr. Singh has served on numerous international bodies and committees including the President of Asia Region of International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education, USA. She has published numerous scholarly articles, reviews and research papers. Her contributions to education and learning fetched her the Visionary Leadership Award.
