The National Cadet Corps (NCC), Alliance University, in association with 40 Karnataka Battalion, marked the International Day of Yoga under the theme "Yoga for Healthy Ageing". The programs brought together cadets and participants for a session focused on discipline, mindfulness, physical well-being, and inner balance.
The initiative highlighted the importance of yoga as a practice that supports health across different stages of life. Through guided participation, students were encouraged to understand yoga not only as a form of physical exercise, but also as a way to build focus, resilience, and mental calm.
