The session created a lively and inclusive atmosphere where participants came together to celebrate Kannada music through live performances and informal collaboration. Students actively participated by singing and performing with musical instruments, contributing to a shared and interactive cultural experience.
The event featured a wide range of Kannada music, including classic songs, contemporary compositions, and folk performances. The variety of performances encouraged spontaneous participation and reflected a collective appreciation for Kannada language and culture. Faculty members, research scholars, and staff also joined the session, making it a collaborative gathering that extended beyond academic interaction.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. Vivekanand Sajjan, Prof. Kasaniya Naik, Dr. Mithun Hanumesh, and Prof. Asharani N R. Student coordinators Bharath D and Aakash H R supported the organisation and execution of the event.
The Kannada Jamming Session provided students and faculty with an opportunity to connect through music and creative expression while strengthening cultural bonding on campus.
