The Corporate Mentorship Program for the MBA July 2026–2028 batch brought students together for a day of industry interaction, professional guidance, and meaningful conversations with corporate mentors. Organized by the Office of Career Advancement and Networking (CAN), Alliance University, the program began with an orientation session that introduced students to the purpose and structure of the mentorship initiative. This was followed by focused interactions with corporate mentors, giving students an opportunity to gain practical perspectives on workplace expectations, career planning, professional conduct, and long-term development. The mentorship sessions encouraged students to reflect on their strengths, ask questions, and better understand the skills and mindset required to navigate the corporate environment. The interactions also helped connect classroom learning with professional realities, giving students greater clarity about the journey ahead. Through initiatives such as the Corporate Mentorship Program, Alliance University continues to create opportunities for students to engage with industry professionals, strengthen career readiness, and build confidence as they prepare for future roles.
