27 January, 2026

Innovation, collaboration, and purpose-driven coding came together at Battle of Bytes, an internal hackathon organised by the Alliance School of Advanced Computing in collaboration with GDG on Campus. The event brought together 123 students across 36 teams to address real-world challenges through structured problem-solving and teamwork.
The hackathon focused on key areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, sustainability, and smart systems. Participants worked on industry-aligned problem statements that encouraged practical thinking and solution-oriented development. The format provided students with an opportunity to apply technical knowledge in a time-bound and collaborative environment.
Mentor-led guidance formed an integral part of the experience, allowing students to refine their ideas and strengthen the feasibility of their solutions. The event reflected a culture of applied learning, where innovation is supported by structured mentorship and relevance to current technological needs.
Battle of Bytes served as a platform to demonstrate student capability, initiative, and collaborative problem-solving within the academic ecosystem. Alliance University congratulates all participating teams and winners for their commitment, creativity, and effort in developing meaningful and impactful solutions.
