The Freshman Engineering Induction Program 2026 marked the beginning of a new academic journey for first-year engineering students at Alliance University. The program introduced students to a learning environment centred on exploration, experimentation, collaboration, and hands-on discovery.

Through a range of practical activities, students gained exposure to emerging technologies and engineering applications including IoT, AR/VR, drones, LiDAR, 3D printing, forensic applications, and coding. These experiences helped participants understand how engineering concepts move from theory to practical application.

The program also included team-based activities that encouraged problem-solving, communication, and collaborative thinking. By working together, students were able to explore ideas, test approaches, and develop a more practical understanding of engineering processes.

The induction program provided students with an early introduction to the technologies, methods, and learning approaches they will encounter during their academic journey. It also encouraged them to approach engineering with curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment.
