Alliance University conducted Mock Group Discussion and Personal Interview sessions for the Class of 2027, giving students practical exposure to recruitment processes and professional interactions.

A key highlight of the initiative was the participation of more than 60 corporate mentors for MBA students. Drawing from their industry experience, the mentors engaged with students, shared practical perspectives, and helped them better understand current workplace expectations.

Law students from B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), and LL.B. programs also participated in dedicated sessions with corporate mentors. These interactions enabled students to experience professional conversations in a structured setting and receive guidance relevant to their academic and career pathways.

Through these Career Advancement and Networking initiatives, students were able to strengthen communication, confidence, professional readiness, and their understanding of industry expectations. The sessions reflected Alliance University’s continued focus on preparing students to transition from classroom learning to the workplace with greater clarity and confidence
