Alliance University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ace Trisha Education Private Limited (ATEPL) to support the implementation of the B.Com CA Integrated Program at the Alliance School of Management & Technology. The agreement represents a step towards strengthening professional education pathways by integrating university learning with structured preparation for Chartered Accountancy.

The collaboration is designed to enable students to pursue their B.Com degree while simultaneously preparing for the CA Foundation and CA Intermediate examinations. Through this integrated model, ATEPL will provide structured coaching aligned with the Chartered Accountancy syllabus. Students will receive academic guidance from experienced faculty along with study materials, regular test series, mock examinations, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

The initiative aims to bridge the gap between university education and professional accounting qualifications. By combining graduation studies with professional coaching, the program is intended to strengthen core competencies in areas such as Accounting, Law, Taxation, Auditing, Financial Management, and Corporate Regulations. This approach will help students develop stronger conceptual understanding, examination readiness, and professional orientation, while also enhancing their employability and career prospects in the field of Chartered Accountancy.

Ace Trisha Education Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated on 23 December 2021 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. Operating under NIC Code 8090 – Other Education, the organisation focuses on providing academic support and professional coaching programs, particularly in commerce and Chartered Accountancy training. Through structured teaching methods, updated study materials, and examination-focused mentoring, the organisation supports students preparing for CA qualifications alongside their undergraduate studies. The company is headquartered in J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru.

The MoU was formally signed and exchanged by Dr. Matam Vishwanathaiah, Registrar of Alliance University, and Mr. CA Gopala Krishna Bhat, CEO and Founder of Ace Trisha Education Private Limited. The signing ceremony was attended by several members of the University community, including Ms. Surekha Shetty, Registrar General; Dr. Chandrashekar K E, Professor and Associate Director (Academic Operations); Dr. Abdul Hameed A, Associate Director at the Office of the Pro-Chancellor; Ms. Mugdha Paranjape, Assistant Professor and Deputy Director – UG Programs; and Mr. Anilkumar K R, Program Head at the Alliance School of Management & Technology.
