Alliance University hosted the Young Innovators STEM Lab (YISL) AR/VR Innovation Workshop, bringing together young innovators for a hands-on exploration of Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Design Thinking, prototyping, and emerging technologies. Supported by the U.S. Embassy New Delhi, Indo-U.S. Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF), and STEAM Varsity, the workshop encouraged participants to learn through experimentation and practical engagement. Students explored immersive technologies, developed ideas, and worked towards transforming concepts into practical solutions. The sessions also introduced participants to the role of Design Thinking and prototyping in solving problems creatively, while helping them understand how AR and VR can be applied across different contexts. Through the Centre of Excellence in Immersive Technologies (AR/VR), Alliance University continues to create opportunities for experiential learning, innovation, and the development of future-ready skills in emerging technology.
