The Alliance School of Management & Technology, Alliance University, organized SAMARTHYA 2026, its inaugural intra-business school management fest, bringing together students for a series of domain-focused competitions centred on practical business learning. The event featured five competition areas covering Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Best Manager. Each challenge gave students an opportunity to apply classroom concepts in practical situations while demonstrating strategic thinking, decision-making, creativity, communication, and teamwork. Through the different rounds, participants engaged with tasks that reflected real business scenarios and tested their ability to analyze, respond, collaborate, and present ideas effectively. The fest also created a platform for students to learn from one another and gain confidence through competitive participation. Alliance University congratulates all the winners and participants and acknowledges the contributions of the jury members, faculty members, student coordinators, volunteers, and organizing team whose efforts supported the successful conduct of the first edition of SAMARTHYA.
