Alliance University hosted HR HackRush 2026, a 24-hour HR Analytics Hackathon organized by the Human Resource Management area of the Alliance School of Business. The event brought together aspiring HR professionals for an intensive experience focused on data-driven problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation.

Participants worked on real-world HR problem statements and were challenged to translate data into practical solutions for the evolving workplace. Through dashboard development, prototype building, and analytical interpretation, the hackathon encouraged students to apply HR concepts in a structured and technology-enabled environment.

The event was enriched by the presence of Mr. Varundeep Sachi, President & Director of Social Impact, ICF Bengaluru; Dr. Ravikiran Petluri, Founder & Managing Director, Petluri Edu-Tech India Pvt. Ltd.; Ms. Minushri Madhumita, Co-Founder & Director, ThinkRaw India Pvt. Ltd.; and Dr. Madana Bachika, Managing Director & Head of Operations – India, Anicca Data Science Solutions. Their industry perspectives helped participants understand the importance of combining analytical thinking, creativity, and business context while addressing HR challenges.

The hackathon also reflected the value of industry collaboration, with support from ThinkRaw India Pvt. Ltd. and Anicca Data Science Solutions. Their involvement added practical relevance to the learning experience and connected participants with current expectations in HR analytics and workplace decision-making.

HR HackRush 2026 provided a platform for students to experiment with ideas, strengthen their analytical capabilities, and approach people-related challenges through the lens of data and innovation.
